ABSA - a bank that can't help you

My mother died in December of 2010. 5 years later and we are UNABLE to close her bank account after numerous attempts and visits to the bank. Her account which had a credit is now owing. This kind of total disregard is appalling considering the nature of this account. (Estate late). I would refer all my friends and family to any other bank other than ABSA.
