ABSA *****

After I have accepted and increase in my credit card… ABSA consultant used my credit cards details and ****med me R30 000,00 on online purchase and I reported a ***** case on the 28 Jan 2026 and they promised me feedback after 20 days. Everytime I called the investigator is never available and recently I was told he is on leave. I never used my credit card on any online purchase… and the only people who knew about my increased limits on my credit card is someone from ABSA. Sadly the assigned investigator has not give me feedback or call me to find out what happened nothing whatsoever
