ABSA

3 months before I opened my new filling station I contacted absa for n merchant device, they came and registered me. I told the person what I am gonna do so that they can set the merchant device for a filling station. I also told the person who came I will let them know a month ahead when I am gonna open my new filling station. so that they can bring it for me. So a month before I opened I struggled to get a hold of this person from absa that came to register me. so I called other people to get help, 2 weeks before I opened this person got back to me and said she cant help me right away because they are busy. I said she must make plan. She contacted me back and said they are gonne deliver the device the friday before the monday I open. Friday came and no device. I could not get a hold of this person. The saterday I contact other persons at absa to get help, they help me and I got my device the same day. Monday came, had a big opening and then the card machine does not work on any other cards except absa card. They fix the problem the next day but still standard bank fleet card does not work, then they told me I must register with standard bank. Thats way I asked 3 months ahead to come so that I dont have this problems. I had to send all the slips to one person beacause the merchant device did not bank the first day. The second day the money that the merchant device banks into my account does not match my slip total that my merchant device print when it banks and still now it does not match wat the device banks. If there was any other bank in my town I would leave ABSA in a heart beat for the *********** person that help me with my application for my merchant device from absa. I would just say this, thanks to some people at absa going out there way to fix this problem this person from absa made.

Worst experience I had of telling customers to go because I cant help them and losing money because they put the feul in there car and could not pay because my card machine did not work.
