Hi,I have a problem with my late mother's flexi funeral cover.my mother passed away on the year 2017 and my dad tried to claim the money not knowing that I'm the beneficiary so after he failed to claim,he decided not tell me about the cover since I was at school but recently I found the documents and the claiming period is over so can I still claim it?
