Absa Insurance you suc**** I phoned your offices about 4 weeks to tell you that we had a leak in the bathroom wall. You sent out a so called plumber to test the leak, he went back & told you that it was the basin in the bathroom leaking. You even sent out the accessors to take pictures. The plumber told to us to take silicone & paste around the basin, & the water will stop streaming out of the outside wall (pictures to follow). We pay R9924 a year, guess what that is going to change. Anyway we came home that night took the basin out, blocked every conceivable place where water could come out. We even turned off the hot water for a couple of hours, and the leak stopped.

And guess what, after switching it back on the leak came back. So we called in a genuine plumber & he told us that the pipe had a crack and he would come in fix it for us. This is the reason I'll be cancelling my insurance with you Absa..... I have a video showing us that there is a leak in the wall.
