I made an immediate eft transfer from my savings account from my own bank to ABSA credit card of R5000 a week ago on the 30/09/2020.To date it has not reflected in to my credit card account. It was deposited into the card based on the information that they gave me. After two emails and many phone calls to card division and missing payments they have not had the decency to even reply to my requests in any way. I would not recommend them to anybody, no wonder that Barclay's saw the light and pulled out. Totally useless organisation as this is not the first time I have had a problem with them.
