ABSA 7 working days later?

I am a concerned client of Tyme Bank. On Friday, March 13th we were experiencing loadshedding in Naturena where I reside. I was in need of cash so that I could pay my domestic helper. I proceeded to an ABSA ATM which is located at the main entrance of Johannesburg Prison. This was at about 19:50 pm. Even though there was loadshedding in our area the ABSA ATM seamed to have been functioning properly. I entered my bank card and requested a balance check, after a minute or so the ATM showed my balance on the ATM screen as requested by me. I then requested to withdraw an amount of R2000. The ATM machine took some time to operate and after a minute or two the machine returned my bank card without the cash and went straight into standby mode. The screen was black and showed some writings on the screen as of that of a computer that is in reboot mode. I proceeded to my car to check my sms notification and indeed the money was deducted from my bank account. I waited at the ATM until the lights went back on and this was around 20:25pm and still no cash came out the ATM. I then called the ABSA lost card on **********to report the matter. A lady consultant answered the phone and she ubruptly told me not to worry the money will be returned to my account. On Saturday 14th, I proceeded to PnP Craighall to speak to a Tyme Bank consultant. She referred me to the customer helpline **********via their telephone at Pick n Pay Craighall. I spoke to a lady by name of Bontle regarding my dispute, she took down my details and assured me that they will provide feedback within 5 working days. I made sure that she had the correct contact details and also informed them to contact via email if I am unable to take the call because I work in a call centre. While talking to Bontle, I received an sms with a reference number CD-11403 informing me of my dispute and that it would be dealt with within 5working days. On Thursday March 19, I again called TymeBank helpline and got through to Bontle, I politely informed her that the reason for my call is to enquire about my money because I am not receiving any feedback or updates regarding my outstanding quiry. Bontle told me that I am calling within the 5days and that I should wait 5-7 working days for them to provide feedback, no one ever mentioned anything about waiting 7days to me. Today Monday March 23, is exactly 9days since I used that ABSA ATM and still no refund of my R2000. I called Tyme Bank and got through to Bontle again, lucky me. Bontle asked me a few questions again, some of which was answered in previous calls. She was unable to answer some of my questions posed to her regarding turnaround times for resolutions to urgent quiries. She then proceeded to put me on hold for 4minutes because she had to go to the 'back office' to enquire about my dispute. After holding for 4 minutes, I was simply told that they are waiting for a response for the other bank, which is ABSA. It is a concern for me as that money is unaccounted for and I am unable to pay my helper for her services. This delay has a dominoe effect as not only am I affected but so is my helper and her family. Country is going under lock down. No responses from ABSA nor Tyme Bank. Frustrated that I should keep on calling to follow up.
