ABSA

I received an sms in November notifying me that My Dec instalment will be deducted on the 14th December, if I don't agree I should reply NO to the sms before end NOV, which I duly did. Come the 14th Dec there was an attempt to debit but was returned due to not having enough funds. I have been trying to call the AVAF since the 14th Dec and have not been able to get through, today I hung on the line for over 10 minutes still no answer, seeing that I would now like to sort out the mess that they have created without my consent to start with as the contract states debit date to be the 25th of each month. This is very unprofessional of ABSA to assume that firstly everyone gets paid early in December and secondly not following up on their systems and also not answering their phones and me possibly having a mark now on my credit record.
