Worst service ever!! Stay far away from ABSA wills division!! Or it will haunt you for the rest of your life.

I cancelled my Will with ABSA on numerous occasions however Absa continues to debit the "safe keeping charges” . Every year I request and e-mailed another cancellation form - with no results!

I DO NOT want my will to he with Absa - you will not handle my estate. I gave a will with and it is in “safe keeping” with my attorney FREE OF CHARGE!

Trying to get hold of them on the toll free number takes on average 45 minutes of listening to voice recordings and terrible music.

This is *****, ABSA bank and I did not give Debi Check permission on my account and I want this cancelled and I want to be refunded please.
