ABSA

I'm very disappointed in ABSA I've been saving money on my savings account and finally when I wanted to use my money the balance is R0. When I went inside the bank they told me that I got registered on few things that I don't know about..and when I asked why is it not reflecting on my phone and on my statement they lady who was helping me told me she doesn't know..I'm not happy at all
