ABSA 50% Rewards 22-31 March 2024 a hoax

As an ABSA Private Wealth client and registered for ABSA Rewards, they had a special from 22-31 March 2024 that you get 50% rewards when using your credit card when on Tier 5 for Pick n Pay, Dischem, Food *****s Market, Woolworths and Sasol. You first have to spend R1500 before qualifying. Like a fool, I was fooled to participate in this special for selected clients. I am owed over R5000 in ABSA rewards (28 March - 15 April 2024 only) and ABSA only rewarded me R1783 and even after 2 opportunities by the CEO's office to investigate and rectify (1 and 6 May 2024), it was still not resolved. I tried downloading my transactions from my credit card via ABSA online banking to do my recon and guess what.... I cannot get the transactions from 16 March to 27 March 2024 as it does not download. Smelling something here.

Sent the complaint to OBSSA on 06 May 2024 and they can clearly not read and sent my complaint back to ABSA. Will check if the ombudsman will rule in ABSA's favor as they then are clearly biased.
