ABSA 3D IT
More than 2 weeks ago I have switched over to a new Galaxy A56 from my Galaxy S20FE. For some or other reason I can not get my ABSA Card linked to my Samsung wallet( all other bank cards link with no problem). I have contacted ABSA 3D IT department on several occasion - matter was escalated and I was given an incident number. Now 2more than 2 weeks has gone by with no feedback, contact from ABSA and no luck in linking my card as yet. Foe a bank that boasts that it is the leader this is a total let down. I do now carry a purse with me as my Samsung Wallet is my purse.
Would like this resolved ASAP!!!
