ABSA

ABSA did put a stop on my account without notifying me of this action. I already have a different bank account to which I just wanted to transfer my salary to while I wait for my employer to update my banking details. Went to the ABSA to find a solution and got told they will only transfer the money over in 3 to 5 working days. In the meantime how must I pay my creditors and how must I survive until they decide to do this? I feel this is completely unacceptable as I need MY salary immediately and not only in 3 to 5 working days.
