<p>On 04 Aug 2017 it will be four months waiting for my Natis document from Archives at ABSA. This morning I spend 31 minutes via Call Centre which was the first to help me. He manually requested my documents and insured me that it will bedelivered in 5 - 7 days.</p> <p>I paid a total of R 325.00 via EFT for the document to ABSA Vehicle department witch I was told this morning I shouln`t have done but it is non-refundable. I want to know why this is not refundable if I didn`t have to pay in the first place! What do I do??</p>
