it's been 2 weeks absa have blocked my account due to my permit expiring which I renewed on the date of expiry and went into absa vantage mall to update it... They've sent me sms about receiving my documents and said they comply... however after 2weeks now my account is still on lock. it's the second time I'm exeriencing this disgusting service from absa and I discourage anyone from opening account with them. this is pathetic and their customer service in Belleville branch is horrible.I'll close that account and rather bank with other banks.????????
