A client made a payment into a business account i haven't been using for a while and when i tried to withdraw money from it i was told the account was on hold. A week has passed already and i am not getting any indication of whats happening or when this will be sorted.

The funny part is that the bank has deducted its own fees on the so called locked account but cant allow me to access it ????
