We were under debt review with some account which a personal absa lone was one of them. In October 2017 Debt rescue and ourselfs requested a outstanding balance on this account. And Debt rescue paid them accordingly. Now all of sudden that we need a paid up letter they say that this account has not been paid since November 2017. When my husband tried to phone them he was transferred to five different departments only to be told that the Debt Rescue consultant must contact them. when the consultant phoned she was told that the account holder, my husband must phone. WHAT THE HELL?????? Now everything is at a standstill. They do not want to give any one any info. So How in the hell are we suppose to pay the outstanding money if there is any.
please help

24 Jan 2019, 12:22Eventually Absa let us know that the account was handed over. Without notifying us or Debtrescue. No attempts was made to follow up on this outstanding money so that it can be paid or correctly allocated.
