<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>ABSA called my a while ago requesting proof of my motor vehicle insurance, they warned me that they will insure my vehicle under their insurance if I did not do this. Within 2 days I sent ABSA my proof of insurance, but they still text me that they have not recieved my insurance letter. Last text recieved they informed me that they will be adding an additional amount to my premium to cover insurance.</p> <p> </p> <p>I demand that someone at ABSA please explain what the heck this is about, I have sent my proof of insurance letter twice and if ABSA debit the additional money from me that will be nothing but opportunistic theft. Can someone please rectify this ASAP.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am looking forward to your feedback as this is totally unacceptable.</p> <p> </p> <p>Daniel Stoffberg</p> <p> ********** 089089</p>

ABSA got back to me almost immediately after their above feedback and a kind lady called Candy Manganyi sorted out my problem within 2 minutes. I am very happy with the response and quick reaction time.
