Hi , I have finance my car through ABSA and my debit order day is on the 23rd of each month. To my surprise in August I was debited on the 24th and debit order came back unpaid. I called the call centre to find out. The Agent was rude she said its your fault because you must leave money in the account. I asked her all this years you have been debiting on the 23rd without any issues. I requested to speak to team leader Bridget Tshabalala, agent promised that I will receive an email but never received any communications from you. Agent name is Vuyile Jankies.

I want to know what is the way forward because I can't afford double payments. And I need to know why you debited on the 24th instead of 23rd. I'm not how my query is being handled.
