ABSA
Totally frustrated with ABSA home loans!!! It has been 3 MONTHS since we've app**** for a 2nd mortgage on our home but ABSA is totally incapable of processing the application. We've made NUMEROUS phone calls to follow up but they constantly misplace information!!! We've even spoken to supervisors but still they are unable to get through the process! I don't know HOW they can operate like this - USELESS!!!
