Absa

Hi, I'm so ****ed with Absa, my fiance passed away last year and he money on his Absa account. We went to Absa for the to release the funds to us, the requested letter of authority and the deceased kids birth certificates. We submitted all what they needed from us on the 8th of January 2024, they said money will be in our account within 8 weeks. But till to date the account is not closed. We call the deceased estate twice a month but they are always telling us of "the holds that are linked to the account". Now what hurts the most is that Absa deducts R125 from the deceased account every month "bank charges " the money is decreasing drastically while the deceased kids needs this money for their necessities. What should we do in this case
