Absa

<p>On 26/02/2016 I locked a internal case at Absa in North Gate Johannesburg. It was about a individual that opened an account with Absa on the 11th of February 2016. I don't know where or at what branch he opened an account. And I am not complaining about the branch that helped me, my complain is about Absa. This individual posts "stuff" on OLX and Gumtree. To make a long story short, he is a *******!! After I had to pay Absa to open this Internal case, I phoned them today 24/05/2016 just to find out the case has been closed, without reason. What is Absa trying to hide? Didn't they do a FICA on this individual because they just want clients? How is it possible with today's technology that they can't trace this client of them??</p>
