ABSA 100% Rewards never Paid

In April 2024, ABSA Private Wealth clients was offered 100% rewards when buying at partners. I purchased at the partners and was never paid my 100% rewards. It was escalated to the Banking Services Ombudsman and they sided with ABSA even though ABSA did not respond on the complaint itself and provided gibberish in their response. This is still open and the Ombudsman is yet to respond on when it will be concluded.

For Black Friday Private Wealth clients were offered 100% rewards from 29 Nov to 2 Dec 2024. I participated and yet again I did not get my rewards. I sent a complaint to the ABSA rewards mailbox and its diverted to the ABSA Home Loans mailbox so they are deliberately trying to avoid customers complaining.

This will now be escalated to the FICA Ombudsman for Money laundering (ABSA must hide the ******* gains they got for myself) and ***** (financial gain for ABSA as they did not have to pay me).
