I had to put up with poor service and support regarding the withdrawal of my ABSA Preservation & Retirement Annuity funds. Unduly delays, missing e-mails and incorrect information that were provided to me and/or Glacier) could have negatively affected the values of the funds that were eventually transferred to Glacier. Numerous e-mails in this regard were sent to: *** with the request to escalate the matter so that it could be properly investigated and resolved as a matter of urgency. I am still awating feedback from ABSA in this regard!
