Absa

I have recieved sms's from Absa this morning informing about the payment of my loan with them and it's 2 sms's with 2 different amounts,experiencing such for the past 3months and leaving me with no cash to survive for the month,i have been trying to contact their help line the whole morning and waited on the AVR no help at all and also inboxed via Facebook app asking them to contact me it's an urgent matter still no response the attorneys they took my account to responded by saying Absa took back my account they can no longer help me,i am in that dilema and stresseing because come pay day they will take my money double without making any arrangements with me like the past 3months....
