ABSA *****
***** case reported on the 13th of August 2024, transaction were stopped by Absa ***** and FNB bank were informed immediately that transaction must be stopped, transaction was cancelled and money wasn't paid to the person. It is more than 2 months now that I am waiting for Absa to pay the amount of R4500 back to me, now the investigator (Kia) is saying (17th October) only a part of the amount will be paid back , still haven't received any payment and the full amount of R4500 needs to be paid back to me. (Case nr ASZA-2***2) Several calls and emails were send to ABSA *****, no response

18 Oct 2024, 12:49I keep on calling and sending emails for more than 2 months now, the investigator only phoned me once, I need the money in my bank account before 17:00, this is unacceptable to still wait for the investigator before my money can be paid back
