I wouldn’t even bother rating ABSA because their service goes beyond pathetic. Why doesn’t anyone ever tell you Never take an ABSA homeloan????? My kitchen pipes burst last month and I now have no water and no kitchen sink or cupboard and still wet floors and a leaking wall!!!!!!! ABSA approves 2 tiles to be replaced????? In a kitchen has been tiled 20 years ago, you want to put two tiles and not even the same tiles ( because you won’t get them) so my whole wall must look idiotic like the people who work for ABSA. Never in my life have I ever dealt with such a self serving bank. I will be taking this to the ombudsman and moving my insurance policy. If I have ever given advise. Never use ABSA!!!!
