I have still not been able to resolve my ***** case R59000 ****** from my account. Firstly told I accepted OTP number which only standard bank use, then told I accepted sure check. All excuses possible. They do not know themselves, Us as clients are treated as guilty and must prove our innocence, and ABSA ***** are innocent of any wrong doing. Yet they are supposed to be looking out for theft on our accounts, even when you still have your bank card, we pay bank charges which is the highest in most parts of the world. Going on since the 15 May 2024
