My card got retained by the ATM and I hadn't withdrawn any money but received 2 sms within the space of 5 minutes that R5000 is gone!!!! Just to report the crime took more than 15 minutes and now I'm out of budget completely only to be "consoled " that they will provide feedback in 5-7 working days. I will be calling everyday for feedback on ***** case no: ********** . This is extremely disappointing
