The true value of customer service <br> <br> After a strange day on the 7th of december 2015 at 15H15,i had been ******,missed my flight and had an injury ,I walked into the ABSA the Park Station branch<br> where I was met with a smile by Mrs Shreshtha Pandy who continued to offer me a place to place my bags and offered me a<br> glass ice water ,she continued to make a phonecall to the airline to find out what I could do ,the bank was filled to capacity <br> due to their dis functional ATM but she kept all customers calm and went above and beyond the call of duty .She is the type of <br> employee that is deserving of a position that will give her the ability to make great changes. I believe that she is not the<br> type of person that any team would want to lose. <br> <br> These are the moments that grow brand loyalty and remind you that ABSA is not only in it for the bottom line ,customer care <br> still exist
