about absa again
I am indeed sorry to have to write about ABSA again. I do so because the issue is still not resolved. At issue is if my home loan bond has run its full term, as I believe it has. ABSA is unable to tell me. Every time I ask I get a different response from a different consultant. the last one said ABSA did not recognise my email, although we have been communicating on the email for more years than i can recall. my question is simple: has the bond finished, as i believe it has, if so, what about the title deeds? what about the money you took off my FNB account after the bond had expired? absa is simply unconvincing.
