About a year ago i had a very bad experience at this specific bank branch

About a year ago i had a very bad experience at this specific bank branch. The problem was reported and a lady from ABSA by the name of Basani Hlungwabe contacted me on 16/11/21 and assured me the problem was resolved ( Case number C-***8). As im not a regular customer at this bank, i only went back there for business today. My goodness, what a surprise ! Service that made me smile, and extremely competent staff ! Unlike my first time there. I really want to let the staff there know that the difference has been duly noted. I can now recommend anyone to go and do business at this branch. I just hope they stay as competent as they were today, and it was not a once off experience. Thank you very much ABSA .
