Abnormal Bank Charges

I am Dineo Manamela, I bank with absa, I use cheque account,I am surprised because, when I do transfers I get charges, but this past few months I have been getting extra charges, which is called the admin charge, this month it charged me the admin fee R2187.50, and I got transaction charge of R 65, and also a monthly fee of 125, so I went to the branch to enquire,I was told is the charges of transaction that I do monthly, but is surprising because,if I do a immediate payment now, the bank charge for that transaction for that day, so how come absa is deducting my money when is left in my account, because this charges are way too abnormal for a cheque account holder.please help me to investigate because it seems like I'm paying someone else debts here.
