ABDSA No communication ABSA Interest rate ABSA has gone down in service

I am a premier client I have been a dedicated client who pays all my monthly installments as well as makes sure to pay my debit orders and credit cards I wanted to draw money from an atm and it swallowed my card from here on all my accounts was blocked where I had done a transfer from my lost/****** card account to my credit card only to have it not work I could no longer transfer out of it or swipe it but could however do online purchases how does that work? every call every branch visit I end up walking out with half or almost 0 resolutions. I now called after being on hold for over 20 mins on 3 different phone calls the line dies no callback nothing and again I call wait 14mins just to hear that I have not been blocked because I didn't answer the security questions correctly Uhrm yes well the freaking phone died. absa hits me with a 29% interest rate I got an offer from another financial institute for 17% and another for 15% Do I stay or do I go if i go I move myself my husband and all of our things bonds loans credit cards
