Abda ATM 's a public liabilty

Just want to personally thank Absa as their ATM machine not only injured me whilst shutting down on me during a transaction... I basically had to pry the machines jaws open.. sacrificing injury to my arm just to retrieve my card... here's an idea... maybe put a frigging sign up that says this ATM closes at 21h00 hours?? I mean come on... leaving on holidays tomorrow morning in the early hours... topped up the car go to the ATM to draw cash for the toll roads and this happens to you... what do you do... off course youre going to push your arm in the machine to try and keep it open to retrieve your card... rather than sacrifice all the schlep and delays to get a new card... what makes it worse I dropped my phone in the process and the screen is now cracked too.... ek is goed moerig... such a bad experience I will NEVER make use of your ATM 's again in my life...I suggest you contact me with immediate effect as I will be seeking legal advice re. This matter
