ABBSA VEHILE FINANCE...TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE

I have made more than 30 calls to ABSA Vehicle finance and still NO LUCK!!!!!! I paid my car up last year and asked the lady working on my account 5 times to update my account and to NO Surprise I still have a TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE REPORT. "Your credit status has worsened in January(You have an missed payments and your account is in arears!!!!!!!!!!!!) I have every conversation on record. The lady helping said she will do it tomorrow or she did not get to it yet. Today I made progress and they passed me on to the ITC dept and there they had a answering machine. A beautiful company with this terrible service...what happened to this world? ABSA Vehicle finance is destroying my life!!!!!!!!!!
