Abandoned and Disrespectful claim

My house was burgled on 5th of July. I reported the claim on 06 of July. Absa sent a contractor who told me he doesnt work with electric fence.palisade.and garage door. I communicated with Absa Insurance. They advised us to get an independent quote of which we did by the 07th of July. Quotes were sent. After so much fight and sending of picture's. The guy named Tsepo Albert Monkhe phoned me that they ll approve to pay out the money for both garage door and palisade on July 10. However they do not accept quote for the electric fence. They sent an assessor who claimed he can use a less amount to fix the electric fence. I told them they should send the people that they accepted their quote to come and repair electric fence. I will not accept an amount that cannot repair my electric fence. Tshepo and Dudu advised me that if I don't accept their amount they will close the case and I told them I cant accept the little money. Since the 10th of July nothing has been done on the garage door. Palisade and the electric fence. When I phoned them for the money for the garage door and palisade. They said the same contractor has been assigned to do the work. Today is 23rd nothing is done yet
