Aba activate insurance
Absa Activate must have the slowest moving insurance claims process on the planet. I had an incident with my car on Monday evening, they towed it to a storage facility. Not a panel shop. It takes 48 hours for your claim to just get looked at, after that another 2 - 5 business days for an assessor to go look at the car. Then more time to get the report and look at it. So for one whole week the car stands in storage while no one even starts working on it. My incident damaged two wheels only, I totally regret letting them talk me into sending the car to a storage facility rather than a local panel shop. I could have possibly been driving the car again by now if it went to a panel shop.
