A WHOLE HOUR TO COLLECT A CARD

Accompanying my wife to collect a card. It's literally taking an hour just for card collection. 2023 and the bank doesn't have a ticketing system to allow you to run other arrends, one just has to chill for an whole hour waiting for 2 customer care consultants to service three clients.
