a well done

This follows a complaint that I had. I would like to comment Martin Globler, a Branch Manager of Absa Mall of the North. I appreciate his time for calling me and inviting me to his office just to apologise on behalf of staff member. He showed empathy and was responsive to the matter. He really restored the respect I always had for this business. He cares about his customers, and that's what matters. I give him kudos. I hope absa can find managers like him, in fact he deserves some good incentives :-). Thank you Absa as whole, keep up the good work. Regards Happy Client
