A waste of my time clearly you have loads of time not to do anything

I app**** for a credit card on 26 May 2022 and received an email stating I was provisionally approved pending verification of my supporting documents which I sent to the email address specified. I even received a application reference number when checked stated If no feedback was received I can call and find out the final outcome of my application.

I decided to wait a full week before calling and finding out what happened to my application, low and behold time went by and when I called on 8 June 2022 I was put on hold for a full 12 minutes while the consultant named R...... checked on the system so my documents could be verified. He came back to me and informed me that he could not find anything and that I should resend them and include his email address as well so He should get them and finalize my application by the end of the day.

I did just that and forwarded it again to him and the address which he confirmed was the correct one I sent them to the first time, till to date 5 days later nobody came back to me with regards to the outcome or even bothered to follow up on it, I do understand it is just not me that app**** for products from your company but if you handle just an application this way what happens if you really are a client and have to follow up or rectify an issue you may have. Please do not advertise something if you do not intent to do anything further than just gather information, I am REALLY DISSAPOINTED in the service you have not provided me with
