A true blessing Basani Hlungwane
I had an issue with ABSA at The Reds Mall and the staff at the branch couldnt assist me. I reported the matter and a lady by the name of Basani Hlungwane (Specialist Case Manager) contacted and resolved the matter in full.
A absolute star of a staff member!!
