A note in a bottel, addressed to the new Captain of ABSA

A new captain every year will not prevent this ship from sinking. After almost 50 years on deck I am now searching for a lifeboat! Vaal Mall branch this morning. End of the month queue and only two ladies on duty. It took me 84 minutes to obtain my new credit card. Hats off to the lady that served me and still smiled! Hopefully the next Captain of ABSA will look at the other ships, like FNB and Capitec, to determine why ABSA clients are abandoning ship.
