A nightmare to visit ABSA

Recently I visited the Brooklyn Mall branch,Pretoria. After half an hour the queue did not move. Before me there were 8 people in the queue. I stood up and complain to a consultant on the floor. I worked out that I might sit there for another 2 hours!

What was disturbing: • we had to sit on hard wooden benches without a back rest! • there was NO PRIORITY queue for Pensioners • there was NO SIGN of any haste with the two consultants at the front desk! • I observed that also the internet connection was very slow, while at that moment there was no loadshedding!

Absa, maybe its time to do research how clients and especially pensioners are treated at other banks and also in other countries.
