A MONTH WITH NO FEEDBACK ON SETTLEMENT

Vehicle finance account, put on debt review and now in dispute. I have found myself in a position to settle my account with ABSA, however I am not in agreement with the amount they are claiming to be the settlement amount. Been trying for over a month to get it resolved, but, the consultant Jared Moorgas will supply only standard generic responses to my questions. That's not even going into the "Interest calculation" consultant who openly admitted that she does not have the technical know how to actually explain why they are charging me what they are. I honestly believe that since i am giving clear and repeated reasons for my final figure, telling me "The system Says so" says very little for their s**** or lack there of. Over a month of trying to pay ABSA with ZERO interest from their side. I wonder what they would do if i should just ignore any of their correspondence going forward and just not pay the car.
