A month later and still no feed back. From approval to pre approval

Good day

In December i went into absa campus square and app**** for a credit card. They said it was approved i even got emailed my documents and was told il receive a call when its ready to collect. 2 weeks later had no feedback so went back to absa campus square where all of a sudden my approval became a pre approval again. Due to outstanding documents. It was sent in and now evertime i call in its still in verification. Almost a month later. I bank with absa my salary goes into my absa account every single month. Im very upset over this and would really appreciate feedback. Wednesday i called in again and was told il have feedback in 24 hours. Yet once again nothing. are
