A happy client

I previously had a bad experience but found out later that the cause of this was not the bank but the person who handled my situation,I can confidently say I'm now a happy client of absa once more,thanks to an agent who was allocated to my case and attended to it with a sense of urgency therefore resolving the matter within two days.Mr Russell I thank you sir ,wish all your agents could be as great as you. Absa bank is not bad at all
