A GREAT THANK YOU TO KAREN AT N1 CITY ABSA

Myself and my husband went to ABSA N! CITY today to open an account for a deposit for a tenant. We were referred to the waiting area in the back of the bank. We put our names on the list. In the whole time we were there only one of the 4 ladies working there had change of costumers. I still said to my husband, I hope we land up with her, because it seems she is the only one working out of the 4. We were indeed lucky to get to her. She was amazing. Helped us quick, professional and very competent and knowledgeable. Thank you Karen, you were fantastic. It would be great if all employees could be like you. The lady in the private cubicle who received the deposit was also very good.
