A Full month without feedback on my potentially Cloned ABSA financed vehicle

In April this year i had my vehicle for 1 year and had to renew the license disc. when i went to renew i was told there is a police clearance outstanding as the vehicle shows its in another persons name so my vehicle could be a "Clone". this was reported to Absa on 06/05/2022 - i have to date not received assistance and all my follow ups send me from one to another without any assistance. my vehicle is now unlicensed due to this tardiness, the dealership is not assisting and ABSA who financed me is not helping? utterly disgusted with the treatment i have received and the lack of sorting this matter out. I have been good enough to pay monthly for this potential clone but not to help me with the vehicle they did not properly vet. Between ABSA and the dealership i trust the onus is on them to prove the legitimacy of the vehicle? If i am not assisted the the 6th June (1 full month later) i will be seeking legal assistance in this matter
