A day light ******* Experience

It so happened that last month my cheque account was left without any money cause of some problems, we all human beings after all. the bank told that my account was overdrawn. today i called the bank asking about a clarity of how? when my salary was paid, the bank took off R1000.00 FROM MY ACCOUNT. I needed clarity but when I called people are just biting their lips without any concrete evidence of what happened. Even if I had arears, interests etc, they can not add up to a thousand rand. So far I have closed one account, will be followed by the two accounts that are left. a revolting service indeed. You put money in the bank, they charge you, you take money out they charge. We working to pay the salaries of absa staff. All I need is explanation of what happened.
